Terms of Service

Welcome to Lucky Jack, operated by Retsba LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Lucky Jack.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lucky Jack. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Account Rules

• You may create only one account per person.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share them.
• Usernames must comply with our naming guidelines (letters, numbers, underscores, 3-20 characters).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Virtual Currency

• Lucky Jack uses virtual currencies including chips, tickets, and bonus cash.
• Virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Virtual currency balances may be adjusted or reset at our discretion.
• Bonus cash is promotional currency with usage restrictions and expiration dates.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments (USDG)

• Where crypto payments are enabled on your account, Lucky Jack supports deposits and withdrawals of USDG (Global Dollar) on the Robinhood Chain network. Availability may be staged or limited, and we may enable or disable crypto payments for any account at any time.
• If we previously issued you a deposit address on another supported network, deposits of the token originally supported on that network (USDC) may still be credited while we continue to monitor it. We no longer issue new addresses on those networks, and we may stop monitoring or crediting them at any time. Send only the token we support on the network you are using — USDG on Robinhood Chain. Where the same address is used on more than one network, the network you send on determines whether the deposit is credited. Withdrawals are available only as USDG on Robinhood Chain.
• Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed onchain. We cannot reverse completed transactions.
• You are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address and network when making deposits or withdrawals.
• Deposits sent to the wrong network or address may be permanently lost. We are not liable for funds sent incorrectly.
• Transaction processing times depend on blockchain network conditions and are outside our control.
• We may charge fees for deposits, withdrawals, or match entry. Applicable fees are displayed before you confirm each transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal amounts may apply.
• We reserve the right to suspend crypto payment features for maintenance or compliance reasons.

5. Match Entry and Payouts

• Matchmade games may require entry fees paid in chips, tickets, bonus cash, or your US dollar balance.
• Match winnings are credited to your account upon match completion.
• In the event of a dispute, disconnection, or technical issue, we will resolve outcomes at our discretion based on available game state data.
• We reserve the right to void matches affected by cheating, exploitation, or technical failure.

6. Fair Play

• Do not use bots, automation, scripts, or any third-party software to play on your behalf.
• Do not exploit bugs or glitches. Report them to us.
• Do not collude with other players to manipulate match outcomes.
• Do not use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
• Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban.

7. Chat Conduct

• Be respectful in all communications.
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Do not share illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
• Do not spam or advertise.
• We may moderate, restrict, or remove chat content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, sounds, and design elements of Lucky Jack are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Service Availability

• Lucky Jack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retsba LLC and Lucky Jack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date. Continued use of Lucky Jack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will require re-acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
